Online Tickets – Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my ticket?
Once you complete your purchase you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. This confirmation email is your ticket for the Gaol.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you do not need to print the ticket. If you do not print the ticket, please have it available on your smart phone or tablet when you arrive at the Gaol.
When can I use my ticket?
Your online ticket can be used any day during our normal opening hours.
What does it cover?
The ticket covers admission to the Gaol and includes a guide book for a self-guided tour.
In July & August visitors have the option of joining one of our regular guided tours, this is included in the online ticket.
Audio Guides are not covered on this ticket, they are €2 each to rent and can be paid for on arrival.
I purchased tickets on the website but have not received a confirmation email.
